On day directly talk head of housekeeping. They were to take care of it right way. That was 9am. By 3pm still no service. Later the beds were change and fresh. But not floors...

“This is the second time we stayed in this hotel in 2 years. Both times we had issues with outlets, the lamps and USB outlets. This time they had lamps that the outlets didn't work, we had one outlet and one usb that worked in the whole room. The outlet by the a/c did not work at all and the lamp in the corner had a missing bulb. In the bathroom the fan did not work and the floor was dirty.
