“The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook a meal, pantry space for goods and a full size fridge. There was complimentary coffee pods and some snacks which was nice. “This Hotel was under major renovations during our stay. Amenities were next to nonexistent. Construction began early in the morning and greatly affected ability to go to and from rooms. Extremely noisy (at least our room was). Great location, once construction is completed it may be a nice property.”

“The cleanliness of the place was very poor. There were candies on the floor underneath the desk and the shower had black hair. Sofa was very itchy and we put down a towel before sitting on it. On the 3rd day, the cleaning service just put new toilet paper and took out the garbage, but nothing else. For the price, look for cleaner, more well maintained place in downtown South Bend.”

“The original room we received was dirty, hair all over the bathroom and in the tub, but staff were quick (and friendly!) to switch us to a different room after I raised concerns. The building, overall, was a little rundown, but it was fine for a quick weekend trip.”
