“Our first off grid long weekend was absolutely beautiful! The cottage is cozy with fabulous amenities. The towels soft and fluffy, beds comfy, a wonderful greeting basket complete with a bottle of red! Even the fire pit was stocked! No problem with the fridge and we bought a camp stove toaster to make toast on the propane stove which we left for future guests. I used my hair dryer with no issue and never ran out of power. “Overall the property was as advertised. Close to Smith Falls and Merrickville, it is situated on a small waterway that is peaceful and has seating on the dock. Price was fair for the accommodations. The icons on VRBO indicate that there are two showers but there is only one. The upstairs bathroom is a tub only. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed. We had a lovely stay.”

“Great cottage to relax with friends. The Cottage was in great shape and clean, but could use a good deep cleaning in certain areas. The dock and waterfront areas are amazing. The Sauna heats up quickly, but only fits 2-3 adults comfortably. Overall a great cottage and will definitely be looking to book again in the future!”

The home is stunning and not one amenity was missed. Every single detail was thought of in a meaningful way. It’s is close to Kingston and Gananoque but just far enough to feel the unwind. “This property is all about the view and access to the lake. Spectacular views and peaceful, quiet setting. Loads of seating on deck & around fire pit. Firewood was provided. Setup of the main house good for bigger group. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking (utensils & pots/pans). Bbq provided with extra propane tanks, if needed.
