“Pros:- Owner was very friendly and prompt when we asked to change dates. - The place was very clean.- Neighbors were quiet.- Price was the lowest we could find.- Proximity to the city.Cons:- A/C struggled to keep up with hotter days. There was one day we cooked dinner and the rest of the night our inside temperature was over 80 degrees. Our room didn't have any vents or a fan so that was a bad night.- The area isn't great, but again we had no problems, it was just an eyesore.- Bathroom was quite...

“The house was clean and simply decorated. The yard was completely fenced perfect for the little guys. Kitchen was completely functional, and the master bath had a wonderful shower. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. Easy walking. Best part was the park four blocks away, and easy walk. It is hands-down the best playground I think I’ve ever experienced.”

“This was a very clean, nicely decorated town home. My family loved the layout and the space in the family room and bedrooms. Great for families and a couples. We stayed in December but I am sure in the warmer months the backyard area would be a great area to relax.”
