“THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it...

“What I like about the place is how it was set up, the home itself in general. I only feel like if you give instructions to clean as you go, and I understand there is no way for anyone to check or anything. But I was there for 2 weeks and I saw the same dishes in the sink, dirty glasses with soda, wine, even milk, all sitting on the counter for 2 weeks. “Quite dirty room. Carpet old and raggy, not vacummed properly. Filt behind bed at wall and at entrance door. White substance klinging at madras and leaving run path along madras side, quite yeacky !! Took several pictures for verification. Bocked for 3 nights for the Sun & Fun Expo, left after one night.”

“My kids enjoy having a lot of space (the big house) and having both their own pool and the water park to play in. The perks stop there. DO NOT travel near Passover unless you are Jewish, 90% of the vacationers are there for a luxury passover event. This event seems to draw rude people. They are rude to fellow guests, they are rude to staff, and you can only eat terrible, overpriced kosher food at the waterpark during this time. The water park food was absurdly expensive and nearly inedible....
