“I’m really upset with myself that I didn’t get staff names because I enjoyed my one-day stay and would love to give a shout-out to those whom I interacted with. Wished I booked more days for my “staycation.” Check-in and checkout was seamless. My room was clean, and my neighbors were quiet. Breakfast was fresh and not overcrowded. They give you a variety of items to create breakfast sandwiches (biscuits, eggs, cheese, sausage, bacon, etc.) and your other staple continental breakfast, like waffle...

“Everything was impressive! Staff was very helpful and super friendly! Food was outstanding! Room was great and the bed was very comfortable! We truly enjoyed walking around the grounds and all the pools. Only thing wrong was that we didn’t get to stay long enough!”

“The room was perfect for what we needed. The common areas were fun and clean and people were very friendly. FYI pillows are a little flat so I’d recommend bringing another one. Also the rules were very upfront but it was surprising to see how dirty the floors were when we were told to not wear shoes and some areas of the room could have used a dusting. We did have a light that was broken but they were very responsive and helpful throughout this experience. Would stay again. ”

“Quite dirty room. Carpet old and raggy, not vacummed properly. Filt behind bed at wall and at entrance door. White substance klinging at madras and leaving run path along madras side, quite yeacky !! Took several pictures for verification. Bocked for 3 nights for the Sun & Fun Expo, left after one night.”

“The Hotel is very close to the Disney parks, only 10 min by car - it offers a free shuttle to the hollywood studios but not sure time is convenient (morning at 10:50). The room are spacious and ok cleaned. Our room smelled moist/stuffed all the time, better if aircon was on. Pool was great for kids, easy but nice breakfast in the morning. Service was good. ”
