“Our family of five LOVED staying here. The property was lovely and the location couldn't have been better. Just a five minute walk to downtown, 7 minutes to the hot springs and 5 minutes to the Doc Holiday trailhead. Killer roof deck porch with great views of the mountains.The only note we have is that we did not know there are two flights of stairs leading into the apartment. Not a problem for us, but it could be for anyone that is mobility impaired.We will definitely try to stay here again on...

We really appreciated all her recommendations and loved the Mirror Lake hike/ Trappers Lake Lodge afterwards for beers and burgers. “The location was amazing. We were minutes away from the hot springs and the adventure park. The view from the property was beautiful and I really enjoyed spending time in different unique areas of the yard to take it in. There's a hammock to relax and sitting areas to read or take in the view or in my case meditate. If you're looking for a unique place to stay and have a small group this place is for you! ”

“We had an amazing three weeks in New Castle, Colorado. The Ore House Inn was the perfect location for us, close to friends and family in the Rifle/Silt area & the fun attractions in Glenwood Springs. John and Cori are exceptional hosts. They often checked in to see if we needed anything. I liked the accommodations and the conveniences they have at the property, especially the coin machine in the laundry room. They also have a cart with a plethora of supplies that you may need during your stay....

“Had to re-wash every dish I went to use. The sponge for cleaning smelled of mildew. Couldn't take a very good shower due to hot water temperatures goings from hot to cold continuously. Was verry cold aswell, Couldn't find temperature gaga to adjust so we ran the space heaters for 3 days straight and was still freezing ”
