“We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in this beautiful home. It is newly renovated, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Theresa has thought of everything a guest would need. For instance, little details include washcloths dedicated for makeup and disposable wipes for the same. She has even labelled the MANY electrical switches, cabinets, and drawers throughout the house, which was very helpful. My young-adult children appreciated the basket of snacks when they arrived after a very late...

“We found the property as advertised. It was plenty big for our group. The location was very quiet. It's not right in the middle of anything, but it's within 10-15 min to Peterborough or Keene. Only 5 min to the Dublin General Store. Brie was easy to work with. She was responsive whenever we needed to communicate. She even left us some breakfast stuff because she knew we were arriving late.”

“We were the commercial- 4 friends needed a place to stay before a retreat in Hancock , NH. This spacious, immaculately clean 4 bedroom, 2 bath (actually 2apartments) was just what we needed! Comfortable couches and beds, beautiful appliances, and a before bed hot tub! It was perfect for our needs. Host was immediately available for a minor issue. Appreciated the great renovation of this old farmhouse and the labelling of all drawers and light switches.”

“We had a lovely stay at the house. It’s very clean and comfortable. The welcome basket was a nice touch upon arrival. We stayed at the house to visit Great Wolf Lodge and be able to have our dog with us. It’s about a 7 minute drive to Great Wolf and we had the best time. We had delicious dinners at 110 Grill and at Tacos Tequila. The house is next to a beautiful quiet cul de sac perfect for walking our dog. We would definitely stay again!”

Which was 5 min drive and Wachusett Brewery was amazing! We recommend checking the sauna hookup first and more adult sized towels! Everything else was lovely!”

The futon was so comfortable. Rebecca provided extra blankets just in case and made sure to give us clear instructions on how to operate the hot tub and how to leave the place.”
