“I’m not someone who ever complains but I think it’s different when in Aus you would expect to have cleanliness standards atleast met (overseas I feel like I’m not as fussed because I know the economy affects jobs and hospitality and venues etc) anyways the room was so extremely dusty hadn’t been cleaned in years kind of environment, floor was dirty never mopped or cleaned, shower was dirty (we genuinely kept shoes on 24/7 unless in bed) the bedding was so dusty we would wake up every morning...

“Checking into this hotel, I had to walk my children through a bar of people drinking and staff using inappropriate language communicating with what seemed to be locals that drink there everyday. Checking into our rooms the floor was dirty and the smell in both rooms was off putting. The blankets were not covered and when removing the sheets on top of the blankets there was urine stains all over the blankets and mattresses. My son and daughter both had hair on their sheets and...

“we first booked a reservation, then extended with 2 more reservations longer as we wanted to stay longer in sydney. Prepaid full all 3 bookings. I double checked with the hotel before arrival that we would get the same room and not have to check out, when we then arrived at the hotel they wanted a deposit for our already paid reservations x3. i.e. 200 aud x3, normal hotels only register the bank card but these took the payment and when I got the payment back we got less than the deposit back due...

“If you prefer a self service apartment instead of a hotel room this is an excellent opportunity. You have the supermarket next door, which makes it easy and convenient to buy what you need. Avoid floor 3 since that serve as the entrance to the parking. Quite noisy when people comes and goes. Higher level is preferable. ”

“Similar to Wentworth hotel a bit to the east along A44, dated and worn rooms with dated shared facilities. Location quite good for dining options and Sydney Olympic Village which is why it gets a 3 and not a 2. Hotel had a bar and restaurant. Bar noise wasn’t a problem at night. Cleanliness okay but not great.”
