âWe arrived at the afternoon and had a quite smooth check in. The room was small but it was clean and everything was all good.
The only thing(not really a big thing) was when we checked out the staff did not understand that I wanted a cab he gave me instuctions of the subway and bus(with the help of google translate we worked that out). That is the only thing that could have been better.
Otherwise we did not interact so much with the staff but our hotelroom was great during our 14 days.

"Andra gÄngen som jag stannar hÀr. Reste runt i Japan för tvÄ Är sen och nu nÀr jag vÀl var tillbaka sÄ valde jag samma hotellet för att det var fantastiskt sist och det var lika bra denna gÄng. Rummen Àr rena, moderna, rymliga och framförallt sÄ har den en AC i den varma vÀrmen som Àr japansk sommar. Hotellet Àr direkt kopplat till Ariake Garden dÀr man kan köpa allt som man behöver. Finns Àven pÄ vÄning 5 av Ariake Garden ett food court för den som Àr hungrig. Incheckning gick smidigt och snabbt."

To make matters worse, we stayed there in February, and there was no heating in the bathroom or toilet. Imagine trying to shower or even just use the bathroom in freezing temperatures, especially with a child. It was downright uncomfortable and made our stay incredibly unpleasant.
A hotel that fails to provide basic hygiene and warmth in winter shouldnât be in business. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean and comfortable stay, but instead, we got neglect, poor service, and excuses. If youâre traveling with family, or just want a decent place to stay, avoid this hotel at all costs."
