Barra Sunday Residencial Resort offers a variety of amenities:

• Adult and children's pools open Tuesday to Sunday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Access is permitted upon presentation of a medical certificate valid for up to 6 months to the pool attendant.

• Sauna and steam room (check hours with the building supervisor or management).

• Sports court and indoor soccer court open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

• Tennis court (check hours with the building supervisor or management).

• Restaurant and bar open Tuesday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, serving breakfast, snacks, meals, and drinks. Delivery service available.

• Playground equipped with children's toys.

• Beauty Sunday Studio beauty salon open Tuesday through Saturday (except holidays) from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

• Barra Sunday Market takes place biweekly on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, in front of block 4 (except holidays).

• VMarket: a mini-market located in block 1, where purchases can be made independently through the establishment's app.

• Cinema Barra Sunday, a movie theater located in block 1, is open Friday through Sunday. Movie schedules are shown in advance in the elevators. The space is small, so check availability and, if necessary, make a reservation.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.

⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10 p.m. (Noise Law).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical appliances. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM and our check-out time is before 11:00 AM. If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linen per bed and one set of towels per guest. Bed linen and bath linen changes are available for a fee. Please be careful with items that could be damaged, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.

⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are provided only at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished.

⚠️ All guests must submit their identification at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
