Villor i Río Grande

“Todo exelente un lugar acojedor”

“This space is designed to immerse you in the beauty of the coastal waters. The two upstairs bedrooms are the only traditional "enclosed" rooms featuring a view of the sea, AC and their own toilet/sink. There is a shared semi-enclosed bath tub, toilet and shower in addition on the ground floor. Otherwise, the kitchen area is essentially outside and open. Very nice for our purposes, but may not be for everyone. Easy access to the water for kayaking and swimming. The water is quite calm and shallow...

“As we pulled into the parking lot for the house, the front looked more modest than we expected. Be patient, because everything else was wonderful and met or exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was spacious, well stocked and in great condition. The bedrooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. The common areas are well taken care of and have great seating for large groups. The outdoor areas were also spacious and in great condition. Finally, the owner is amazingly responsive and helpful. It was...

“The house was nice but could use some TLC. One of the downstair rooms needs a new mattress, the benches in the living room are in need of repair, and both showers upstairs need new shower heads. Overall, it is a comfortable house close to the rainforest and the Luquillo beaches.”

“Great host, very helpful, everything as expected. The room layout worked for our group. AC was great, check in easy, highly recommend.”

“We stayed with a family of 16 and everyone from Charles our host and Emma was perfect. They both made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. We definitely would come back.”

“Property is in a sketchy area. This is not a home. It is a 2 level deck with two bedrooms on the upper level. The kitchen and living room are outside. The only place to escape the heat is in the small bedrooms that only have a bed and two nightstands attached to the wall of which one was falling off. The AC was set at 60 but the bedrooms were still warm because they are not insulated. We only stayed on the property for about an hour. It was very hot and there was nowhere to be cool except the...

“Excelente alojamiento, muy limpio y cómodo. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento. Todo estuvo perfecto. ¡Sin duda volvería!”

“The house was beautiful but it was way overpriced for how difficult it was to find it and get to it. It also smells terrible there because of the sarragassum. We were notified a couple days in advance of how bad it smelled but you could tell that there was weeks of horribly smelly sarragassum rotting on the beach.”

“Todo estuvo perfecto limpieza 💯communication al 💯 y los servicios ofrecido todo me parecio exelente buen olor en las toallas y sabanas ,”

“Property is nice, clean and secure with parking included however there is no elevator so you’ll have to carry luggage up the narrow stair case which can possibly strain your back.”

“El único problema era un fuerte mal olor a drenajes”

“Great place for our group! Tracye was always very responsive to any questions we had before/during our stay. Great location and accommodations for our large multi-family group for a week.”

“The place was cute and spacious except for the bathroom considering we are not of average height. Overall would definitely recommend!”

“Amazing home and the host was very welcoming and kind!”
