“A very well located family owned hotel where everyone knows your name. It’s also nicely decorated, kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious! I look forward to my next stay. ”

“Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.”

“Excelente servicio”

“I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!”

“The included Breakfast is not good, very limited.”

“Läget”

“Stayed at many places around the world, but this place will I never forget. Will be back if I get the chance! Outstanding service! Great food! And the room was out of this world..”

“So this feels more like a homestay than hotel. But the staff and hosts are very friendly. You get breakfast but for me one day I woke up late and they asked me to join for lunch instead. So that's very nice. I think location wise close to San Antonio area and price is good too. For what I paid I think I got good service and help from everybody so I liked it.”

“Staff is very attentive and breakfast is excellent. They need to work on room preparations ( making sure each room has bathroom supplies, phone is in working order). The place is clean, beds are fantastic, staff members speak English and they are friendly and helpful.”

“Muy amables, muy limpio y bien ubicado”
