“The staff was loud and just talking to each other when we checked in. We complained about our non-smoking room stank of smoke and we were told that nothing can be done due to them being fully booked. Usually, you could be compensated in some way. The beds were filled with dark hairs, and the lamps in the bathroom and by the bed did not work. We asked for a late checkout but were advised that they don't to these all though we saw a sign stating that they did. Over all bad experience sadly. ”

Smelly, dirty, ugly and just plain old.
Air-condition in the room was ridiculously loud, unbelievably so.
Hot water in the shower was intermittent, mostly just lukewarm.
Loud background noices at random points through the night from the building (water pipes perhaps?).
Room had, at the best, similarities to the photos shown when booking.

“Bathtub Jacuzzi button stopped working and I had to get maintenance to come at 12am to shut off the breaker to it. The front TV was static and didn’t work or connect to anything. Other than that, the unit was nice and comfortable.”
