“Wonderful stay! Everything was just as I had hoped, comfortable beds, hot shower and all the essentials in the kitchen. Richard kept in contact with me and even set the temperature to our liking prior to our arrival!! We locked ourselves out once and he responded right away, we only waited maybe 5 minutes. “This is a wonderful home. It is spacious, has comfortable beds (all queen beds or larger) in all of its 5 bedrooms. It has some ants, but that's the only thing that isn't top-notch. It is an excellent place in a great location not far from the freeway in a very quiet neighborhood. I hope to stay there again in the future.”

“This property was excellent. The house was impressively clean, well stocked, comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful backyard. Appreciated having the garage to park in as it helped so the vehicle was not so hot when getting in. We also rented bikes for the week so being able to park them in the garage was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Seating area was nice. The location was great as it was only a mile from families house. ”

“We stayed with my brother and his family while in Sacramento for a Thanksgiving weekend with other family members. The house was perfect for our needs, just a few miles from the rest of our family. This is a great area with easy access to restaurants and shopping, and also close to downtown. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and up on the river trail that's accessed from the park a block away. The house was as advertised, very clean, with a nice kitchen for preparing meals.
