“Really nothing bad about the property. It's a function of the age of the HVAC units in the room. Extremely loud especially given it was running constantly because of the extreme temperatures. ”

“If you have never stayed here before, the key to unlock the door is very tricky. The toilets should be replaced to accommodate older folks who stay here. They are extremely low. The rooms are nice and big and the location is very convenient to the Peoria Sports Complex, shopping and restaurants. The staff was very helpful.”

“The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, which was a great start. However, the hotel is currently going through remodeling, so some areas feel unfinished and dirty. Breakfast was available but quite limited compared to expectations.”

“The area the hotel is in next to a liquor store where the employee let us know that it gets pretty rough there and it’s better not to go out at night. We were not impress with this information we asked if we could cancel the reservation and she did not let us. I really want my money back because we did not feel save. ”

“Well everything was good except we had no tv for the entire stay because someone had took the cable from the wall to the tv and we went to front desk and they said it was no way to get one until the maintenance man came back to work on Monday so all weekend from Friday until Monday no tv at all. That’s really the only complaint. Everything else was good! ”

“I was assigned room 2052, and honestly, it should be condemned. The carpet was extremely soiled, the room smelled horrible, the furniture was beyond worn and broken, the sink had only a knob for cold water, the bathtub was in very poor condition, and there did not seem to be any hot water. It does not even get lukewarm. I was expecting a four-star hotel when I booked, but as a person who travels the world and stays in many hotels, this was the worst condition a room has ever been in. ”

“Sheets had stains. Lamp was actually broken off at the bulb mount. Front desk clerk was great. He really tries to make it right.”

“Very good if you like bed bugs, smelly rooms, sticky floors and no water pressure in the shower. Pros: Did not rain in, even in monsoon rain!”

“Avoid! Room smelled like mold, amenities in room were missing. The only amenity worth it was the pool. There was blood on the old pull out bed. Also, the door looks like its been broken so many times it looks weak. Many more things to complain about but book at your own risk. ”

“For an extended stay hotel, it did not have a coffee machine or anything else in the kitchenette (fridge and microwave was present) just was not kept well … few outlets next to bed, WiFi was iffy”
