Beautiful!
Sara's place was absolutely beautiful. Riomaggiore is as lovely in person as it is in the pictures. Sara's place was clean and comfortable and she was very responsive to messages and made us feel very welcome. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at her place again.

Beautiful location and nice interior. Lots of stairs, bathroom on the bottom floor and bedroom on the top. Very clean and bright. Host is kind and helpful. Wonderful totem and nice to stay after the tourist leave.

Charming Chic
Sara’s home is perfect. It is elegant, and chic and cozy. Well equipped with tasteful housewares and appliances. I am a designer, and will forever dream about those ocean waves tiles in the living room/dining room, that lead you out to the balcony that looks out to the sea. Sara had wine (from her family’s vineyard), and snacks waiting for us. Roberto (the Sherpa of Riomaggiore) met us at the train, handled all of our bags and showed around the house. He was amazing. The house is easy to get to, but for the trip in, I highly recommend the very small fee to have Roberto handle your bags. There is some climbing up and down from the train. When you leave, it much easier to get to the train. I went with two girlfriends (we grew up together), and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. #magical

Perfect Stay!
First of all I think some might be turned off by the amount of steps in the unit. It is set up where you walk in to the entry door and can go down a flight to the bathroom, or up a flight to main level. Then a flight of spiral stairs to the bedrooms. To that I say, just give it a chance because you are in the Cinque Terre where you are never really on flat ground so you will be used to many hills and stairs no matter where you go. I say it is part of the charm. Other than that I say this VRBO not only meets all expectations but far exceeds them. It was imacculately clean. The decor is even better than the pictures, and the patio that overlooks the marina is spectacular. You really feel like you are part of the community sitting out there with a nice bottle of wine or a meal. Watching the sunset was perfect. There was a nice VERY good bottle of wine and some snacks waiting for us on check-in. Getting to the VRBO was interesting in a good way. Roberto sent us videos of him walking from the train all the way to the front door which was VERY helpful. The cool part about walking there is you walk from the train through a tunnel, then up a slight hill through a walkway between resturaunts outdoor seating, then through a schoolyard/courtyard that overlooks the sea on one side and the city streets on the other. Both provide built-in photo ops! All in all perfect far too short of a stay! Will be back!

Beautiful Property
This is a great place to call home during your stay in the Cinque Terre. We found Riomaggiore (and Vernazza) to be the best places to call home in terms of size and comfort. Our host had a bottle of wine waiting and had booked us amazing dinner reservations at the hard to get Rio Bistrot. It was a little hard to get a time to meet Roberto to get in the place- we could not call him for some reason- the phone was not working but through the host we got it worked out. Make sure you set that up specifically with him in advance of arriving.

We stayed here for four nights in September and absolutely loved it! Big, modern, well-decorated, large balcony with a great view of the harbour and water. Air-conditioning kept the whole place nice and cool. The photos in the listing do not do this place justice! We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect place in Riomaggiore
Communicating with Sara from the start was great. Our train was late but she had someone there to greet us and go over her home within minutes. The space is gorgeous. Lots of windows to the let the fresh Mediterranean Sea air in with a patio which easily seats the 4 of us for drinks and card games. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need if you wanted to stay in and cook. We discovered some amazing restaurants within 5 minutes walk . If you have difficulty with stairs, you may have some challenges but I think that goes for anywhere in Cinque Terre. This place will be the top of our list next time we go to Italy. Thank you for everything Sara!

Amazing location in Riomaggiore
Highly recommend this accomodation in beautiful Riomaggiore. Located just off the marina & close to the beach this is one of the easier accessed accomodation from the train. Great for family or friends. Host was fabulous, tastefully decorated & appointed - left us wanting for nothing. Highly recommend .

Lovely home
Sara’s home is perfect! She goes above and beyond with the amenities and little touches. Location is so perfect in Riomaggiore, it was the perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre. The pictures do not do this place justice, we stayed at three different locations throughout Italy and this one is our favorite. The home is not too far from the tunnel coming from the train so you don’t have to walk up too many stairs/hills to get there which is nice after a long day traveling/exploring. We were traveling with our two sons and we each had our own space (we were in main bedroom, one son in the loft area outside of our bedroom, and one son slept in the main living area on the pullout couch). It worked out very well for us. Sara was very helpful with communicating with us the day of our arrival and navigating the difficulties I was having calling internationally. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking!

Amazing! Best property and location ever!
Wow! This home is beautiful! The attention to detail and decor is beyond words. The pics are great, but don’t do it full justice. It’s modern and upgraded while also very warm and cozy. Sara thought of everything! She made our stay in beautiful Riomaggiore even more special (who could have thought!) with her thoughtful touches throughout, even providing a yummy welcome basket and delicious wine from her family’s vineyard. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio with an incredible view and felt right at home in her lovely and authentic space. Yes, there are stairs, but it’s Cinque Terre, so that’s to be expected! Could not have asked for more! Thank you!!

Schönes Haus
Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet, wertig und stilvoll. Die Treppen zwischen Schlafzimmer und Bad (3 teils sehr eng/steil) sind für einige sicher nicht bequem! Trotzdem kann ich das Haus empfehlen und danke Sara für die gute Weinflasche die sie uns hingestellt hatte!

Beautiful apartment!
We absolutely loved everything about our stay! Location, well appointed, lot’s of attention to details and information in the home. We loved being around the bustle of the port and hearing the sounds of children playing in the square. Excellent restaurants and local fare. Such a gorgeous home and location
Wow! Wow! Wow! You will feel I like you are part of the community, because you are right in the middle of it. The home is so lovely and overlooks the little harbor of boats, restaurants, and people swimming and just enjoying the breathtaking views. The home has everything you need and more. We arrived to find snacks and wine waiting for us. It sure means a lot after a long day of travel. Be prepared for stairs. There are 3 floors, the bathroom being on the lowest and beds are on the 3rd. Your evening rituals need a little planning if you don’t want a workout. 😀 Our host was very responsive and helpful, checking in with us midway. We absolutely loved it!

6 nights in Riomaggiore
The location is superb, a short walk from the railway station and close to lots of good shops, cafés and restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need as well as maps, guidebooks. Everything is clean and very comfortable. The balcony and it's sea view is excellent. A great place to chill out and relax or be as active as you want. We were very pleased with this choice and would highly recommend it to others.

Incredible location and house + amazing hospitality
We were extremely happy with our stay in Sara’s property. The location is unbeatable, right at the center, port and life of Riommagiore and somehow it still feels very private. Additionally, the house is beautifully decorated and equipped with all the necessary things, every little detail to have the fullest and most comfortable stay has been thought of and provided for (good kitchen equipment, beach bags, beach sun umbrellas, snorkels, etc, etc). Sara was a magnificent host who helped us navigate the region and to arrange even things such as parking, restaurant reservations, etc… As the amazing host Sara was she also left us an apero package for our arrival which included a wine from her family’s winery, we fell in love with the wine and Sara helped us to organize a visit to the winery as well. Sara was also very understanding and friendly at all times. I’m looking forward to returning one day and I would recommend this place 200%!!!!!!

Das Haus über drei Etagen bietet alles, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Transportservice für das Gepäck, ein Willkommenspaket zum Genießen, eine Reservierung in einem sehr guten Fischrestaurant, eine gute Aussicht von einem großen Balkon und vor allem eine sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Wir können das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns bei unseren Gastgebern für die gute Kommunikation bei allen Fragen.

An apartment in the maze of colourful houses on the edge of the adorable marina in Riomaggiore
Thank you to Sara and her team. The three-storey apartment is a magnificent find, sat in the maze of colourful houses on the edge of the adorable marina in Riomaggiore. The path into the marina of Riomaggiore feels like descending into a fairy-tale. We stayed here for almost two weeks and enjoyed every moment. The foundations of the apartment are probably ancient, though it has been renovated since. You stay in this idyllic part of the village, in a delightfully decorated property. It is all about the details. The bedroom feels light and airy, the bed is so comfy, and you will find plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom is spacious, and the water pressure in the shower is strong. The kitchen offers all utensils one can wish for. From the roomy balcony, you have a good view of the marina, the sea, and surrounds. From here, the beach, the bakery, several restaurants and bars, the ferry dock, and the train station are all in (moments) walking distance. I highly recommend this place to everyone who enjoys living in gorgeous surrounds. This is a place where you are tempted to stay inside the whole time and to think at least once of moving in permanently. That blue and white tiled floor in the living room? Glamourous. The time to leave came too soon.

A true gem in Riomaggiore
The Ossi di Seppia apartment was the perfect conduit for a great experience in Cinque Terre! Strategically located on the picturesque fishermen's harbour, this impeccably designed, maintained and managed property gave us all the necessary comfort and made us feel as part of the locals. The extra assistance with parking, luggage transport, and restaurant reservations were an exceptional added value. could not expect anything better!

Awesome!
My family of 4 loved this property!!! Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, and great attention to detail. Sara left snacks and a bottle of Prosecco for us to enjoy, and we did enjoy them on the terrace overlooking a view like a postcard. Would like to rent again for a longer period of time. Sara was also a gracious host and contacted me before we arrived and offered to help with dinner reservations and upon arrival had Roberto help us with our luggage. He was so helpful and gave us a great overview of the village. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Sara for sharing your home with us!

We loved the house and it was in the perfect location.
Sara’s house in Riomaggiore was just perfect for our family. The house was right in the middle of the action and very close to the water. The porch was very nice to relax with some wine and cheese. Roberto, met us at the train station and carried our bags to the house. He was extremely nice and helpful. In fact, he told us that due to the weather expected during the next morning that some of the shops and restaurants may close for a while in the morning. He suggested that we get some supplies just in case. This was an awesome recommendation since we went to the store and got plenty of cheese and wine and pasta etc to cook at home. We were grateful for his help. Sara was also extremely responsive and helpful. The house was very nice and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 4. AC units worked well which was nice due to the heat. There are also great swimming locations very close and we found an excellent cliff to dive from in the port area. We highly recommend Sara's house for your stay in Riomaggiore and hope we are able to return soon. Thank you Sara for all of your help!

We loved our stay at Sara’s apartment. The location was perfect In Riomaggiore. Roberto, who let us and helped us with parking and our bags was so helpful and friendly. Will stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to be able to return. Thank you Sara!
