The room offers a private and comfortable environment, overlooking the sea. It is located within a building with multiple rooms, so other guests may be present in the common areas.



The kitchen is shared and available to all guests.

The property is located at the top of Riomaggiore and can be reached on foot from the train station. Please note that reaching the rooms involves a steep climb and a significant number of stairs. For those arriving from the train station, the property instructions you will receive after booking will include a dedicated link to request luggage transport or a taxi service from the station to the property.



Alternatively, private parking is available upon request. Even from the parking lot, there is a walk up stairs to the property.



We therefore recommend considering these aspects if you have heavy luggage or have difficulty getting around.



IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

By law, you are required to complete an online guest registration form before arrival. The form takes about 10 minutes to complete and must be completed by all travelers.



For last-minute bookings: the form must be completed by 8:00 PM, as our customer service is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.



Do not call the portal number: for any emergencies or requests, please use the messaging service of the portal you booked on.

The house, located in a natural area and subject to climate variations, may experience higher than normal humidity levels, especially during periods of inclement weather.
If you are particularly sensitive to humidity or this condition could cause you discomfort, we encourage you to carefully consider this before booking. We recommend you read this notice in advance to ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Riomaggiore falls within climate zone D. This means that, according to the

Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in

winter , so heating systems may be turned on for a

maximum of 12 hours per day, from November 1st until April 15th. During

this period, a fee of €10/day will be applied to

compensate for heating costs for reservations lasting more than 15 days.

Security deposit: A security deposit of Euro100.00 is required to book the property. This amount will be refunded within 2 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and provided no damage or issues are found.
