“When I arrived, the bed wasn't made, it was still dirty from the previous guest. The bathroom was also dirty and not clean from the last visit. I took pictures of the state of the apartment. I had to message the owner and they came one hour later to clean, change the sheets, towels, etc. This was unacceptable. ”
