âThe host was right st the door to greet us. She was super friendly and made us feel right at home. I need a gluten free diet and she was more then willing snd capable to adjust our breakfast for me. It is a quick drive to Clifton Hill amd there is a Tim Hortons close by as a bonus.
We will definitely be reccommendimg our friends and family to stay here and will be going back ourselves!â

âGood hotel but terrible service. No service mindset what so ever. Charging extra for beds included in original booking, blaming Hotels.com for "error in booking" which was not true. The staff's negative attitude and desire to charge extra for anything possible is really giving Hilton a bad image. Will probably not book Double Tree again. â

âWe were upgraded to the King Suite. Lots of windows, very comfortable bed and pillows, well equipped room, fireplace, mini fridge, comfy chairs, large TV, etc. Everything was very clean! Lovely clean pool with lots of lounge chairs. Customer service was excellent by all; efficient, kind, friendly, easy check in and out ...especially Richard, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and well taken care of.â

âWe stayed for two nights to have enough time to admire the falls once in life.
The hotel has a good location for our purpose. Our only complaint is the poor indoor climate. In order to have fresh air we had to operate the noisy AC although the temperature was fine.â
