“Excellent staff, delicious breakfast, at a great location just minutes from Main Street. Definitely will come again.”

“Nice hotel, however Not worth the price and adding a resort fee on top of that. 26% tax in the restaurant and bar is horrible. We visit Gatlinburg often and will not return to this hotel.”

“The room was very clean. Excellent location, convenient to the downtown area. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area.”

“The only improvement that could be made is a fold out table to put your things on, otherwise everything is great. The bed was very comfortable and i enjoyed having the screen door so you could have the main door open and still have a breeze.”

While the hotel looks fairly new and the rooms are equipped with convenient kitchen amenities like a stovetop and full-sized refrigerator, our overall experience was quite frustrating. First, even though we were told the hotel was completely sold out, having our group of 6 rooms scattered across 4 different floors was very inconvenient for us. Second, the kitchen setup had severe functional issues. On our last...

“Property was cool but gym was neglected, no towels, machines broken”
