“Property is perfect for a family stay, roomy, clean, and everything you need inc English TV for the kids and a few games. Swimming pool was lovely, clean, and gated for safety. Hosts were both welcoming and very helpful with bits of advice or loaning of an umbrella when occasion arose. The area is tranquil and beautiful, nearby towns, villages and lakes have everything you might need and make for lovely outings. Lots of good visits further afield too but we didn't bother. Mais ce n'est pas un quartier à problème, pas de culture importé quoi...Le décor est planté. La maison est grande, PROPRE, et pratique avec tout les sanitaires en double. “The Villa is set in a quiet valley, with easy access to supermarkets, bakeries, vineyards and the many historical places to visit. We loved our car tour around the Cathar castles perched on hilltops and a walk up to (if not in places, scramble) the castle ‘ Peyrepeteuse’ with simply amazing views. “Unser Aufenthalt in Espéraza war sehr schön, vor allem das Haus war ein toller, angenehmer Ort, um zu entspannen. Auch der Pool bietet einem die Möglichkeit zu entspannen und hat die perfekte Höhe, um z. B. Ball zu spielen. Auch die Umgebung hat uns viele Optionen geboten, der Markt in Espéraza, eine wunderschöne Natur, Kanufahren und viele kleine alte Dörfer. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!”

“We had an amazing relaxing stay in treziers and Marek (the owner) was a great host, who lived next door to the property but was in no way imposing and really let us relax and enjoy our time. (i.e. we played music through the Sonos morning to night, drank cocktails in the pool and genuinely treated it like a home away from home :) ) The space: The villa was well equipped and the rooms really comfy - Each had an ensuite which was great for a big group of friends like us. Sehr sehr ärgerlich, die Plancha wie auf den Bildern ist nicht vorhanden. Es steht lediglich ein Holzkohlegrill zur Verfügung. Viel Spaß mit dem Dreck. Wir haben dies moniert. Angeblich wäre die Gasplancha zu gefährlich. Die ansonsten gute Kommunikation hat uns dann zu diesem Thema einfach ignoriert. Wir haben...

“Firstly Anni is an excellent host. Great communications throughout with plenty of ideas and local information.... and more when you meet her! We had a couple of minor issues whilst staying there, but once again she was fantastic and sorted them out quickly! The Gite is what I would describe as typical for the area. Quite dark inside, but lots of character. Clean on arrival and had all we needed. Pool was well used by us, better on hot days.... bit nippy on moderate days! All in all a good...
