Hotell nära River Oaks Square Arts Center

“Well maintained and absolutely opulent. Staff were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Room was beautiful, bed was super comfortable. Would love to spend a week! (Though not sure what we'd do in Alexandria for a week - lol) Plan on coming back for a night or two though! (Only suggestion - 4th floor windows could use a washing (outside). )”

“Very new hotel. Spotless. Lovely decor. All staff were so accommodating. Spacious rooms. Tasty breakfast. Lounge area very modern. We would stay here again.”

“Easy check in Nice and clean Helpful staff The breakfast was delicious”

“Plan to go out for breakfast as the offered breakfast from the hotel is terrible.”

“A/C - Heat never worked properly despite repeated reports to staff.”

“A Relaxing Stay with Great Outdoor Amenities! Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites was more than just a place to sleep! One of the highlights was having spaces to relax, unwind, and enjoy quality time together. We had fun playing Tic Tac Toe, enjoyed the outdoor pool area, and spent time sitting around the fire pit. I especially loved the outdoor spaces, which offered a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable seating. The fire pit was a wonderful spot to unwind in the evening, and the recreational...

“I friend and I booked this hotel since it had good overall ratings, but it turned out to be the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had — we were literally fearing for our lives. We were given one of the rooms furthest inside the complex next to some other occupied rooms, even though it seemed like there were many other available rooms at the property. After just 30 minutes in the room, we heard several people yelling uncontrollably. When we eventually looked through the peephole in the door,...

“Staff was barely at front desk, they call me saying I need to put my $50 deposit in and I go downstairs and no one’s there. I’ve stayed there multiple times and I’m at least $400 down for my security deposit and haven’t got any of it back after months. Place is crappy, smells bad, rooms don’t even look clean, staff isn’t really helpful. Go anywhere else but here. Oh and breakfast doesn’t taste good at all and half the time there is only cereal and muffins for breakfast.”

“I brought my MIL and family end for the weekend to spend time with the grandbaby and THEY loved staying here. The room was clean, staff was amazing, and the view from the sliding glass door into the atrium was awesome! They enjoyed the pool, the breakfast (10 out of 10), and the comfort of the room. After traveling 10 hours to get here they said everything was great! So not only did they enjoy time with family but they loved the room also!!!”

“The place is under renovation (and new management); no complaints but nothing stands out.”
