Our only suggestion for improvement would be to supply the access code in advance on the expected day of arrival rather than us having to make contact to access the property. "This place was really good! Location is close to everything and the staff is super friendly and they have one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen working in the reception. We had a problem with our A/C in the room and when the technician couldn’t fix it he ran down to reception and got us keys for a new room and helped us take our bags to it as well, that is awesome service!"
"The hotel itself is very nice but a bit far from the closest metro. However, they do have a shuttle to downtown on curtain times.
Check if the rooptop pool is open or closed. It is really beautiful but was closed on our vacation in March – dispite warm weather.

The overall experience was very good, we enjoyed the big rooms, toilets, balconies, location and everything was fresh and ready to use.
What we would like to inform is that we did not have any vacuum cleaner, mop, or brush, to clean the floors with. This was VERY necessary during our stay, we was there for 5 days.
We were not able to clean the floors or the apartment while we lived there, and no cleaner came.
Overall, it was a really good place, however the lack of cleaning utilities made it very difficult to live in a clean type of environment.

"Very minimal service with slow front fest staff who made me almost miss my flight because they lied about having called a cab for me. I realized they had called their friend instead of a real cab (so nepotic). Only to realize that the friend could only take cash and I could not pay by card. So I was forced to get a new taxi after 25 minutes of waiting. So unprofessional staff
