“stayed one night before our early morning flight out of Philly. Pleasantly surprised with how updated and clean the hotel was! Staff was super friendly, and the bar restaurant was excellent. I think we’ll be staying here every night before our flights now!”

“They are updating the place a little so construction everywhere -painters debris on the floor- There was a felony Police incident right behind the hotel when I was leaving. The room was hastily cleaned and not done very good. The room itself was comfortable and spacious with a big bed”

“At first glance the place isn’t too bad but once you get to the room, utter disgust and shock and disappointment!! There was mold in the bathroom and there were red and yellow stains on the bedding when complained we were told there were no other rooms and when we asked for our bedding to be changed at minimum we were told that we could come down to the front and grab sheets so we could changed them ourselves if we wanted to. And what really took the cake is when I went to shower and run out of...

“The location was good. Most staff members were nice and helpful. I didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool. There were too many children during all hours of operation, There should be adult hours and children hours which would help everyone to enjoy the pool. Also I was charged $30 to park in the parking lot, which I found that was a ridiculous charge. Also, the front desk wanted my husband to come to get toilet paper. That was not customer service. We should not have ran out of toilet paper...

“The fact that the front desk clerk didn’t tell me she was giving me a room with a broken mirror and vanity after I told her I had 2 kids is crazy. Then I can’t even call cause the room phone is broken. They was no toilet tissue and the room seems like mold and mildew. And only one light worked in the room. I refused to stay there with my kids. And yeah no refund. Never again with kids but hey if you want a hotel for a quickie or just to sleep after a night out or traveling at a cheap price then...
