“When I checked yesterday, I requested a cot to accommodate the 3 of us that were staying in our room. The front desk staff assured me that I would get one. Later I stopped by the front desk on my way out to an event to remind her to have someone bring the cot to my room. We came back to our room around midnight and there was no cot. I quickly went back to the front desk and again asked for the cot. The new front desk staff told me that there is no cot available. I had to sleep on the floor the...

“It was nice being close to the airport and downtown Philly. The drain in the bathroom sink was very, very slow And barely drained. We reported it twice but there was no change. Other than that it was a good stay!”

“Clean, comfy, coffee in room, shampoo- shower gel - conditioner in the shower, blow dryer, iron and board, lots of pillows, modern feel, friendly desk staff, easy on site parking discounted, near airport, easy access to highway, billiards in the lobby, spacious well appointed room, quiet for restful sleep with black out shades. “I did not like that the breakfast time was not advertised . I came down at 10.30 am and found that breakfast has ended . There was a coffeemaker in the room but no water in the fridge . Some one in my room needed to take meds but was told by front desk staff to either buy from the vending machine or use the tap. I also felt that price (499 a night ) was too high for a 2 star rated hotel”

“Came for the gym, but no recumbent bike, which many older people (I included) prefer. Otherwise it is fine”
