“DO NOT STAY HERE garage door to park was broken, had to go through front area every time to open garage door. door between complex and garage was broken, never locked and anyone could walk in, no security. they did not provide ANY washcloths and when we asked they said they don't have any. only 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels were given for the entire stay. NO additional bedding/blanket. NO OVEN SAFE cookware. when we messaged about it they said they limit the items they have. We could not use...

“The parking situation is BS. I rented the apartment and with no where to park. The instructions say only park to the left. The whole weekend(Friday-Mon) I was there it was no spots open to the left. The instructions don't say what to if there is no spots on the left. I paid for 24hrs parking twice($16)and got a boot twice.($150($75ea)). Only for the boot people to tell me I have to park across the street in the mud and it was rainning and my girl just had foot surgery. Customer service wasn't...

“I prefer natural scents like essential oils instead of the chemical air plug ins that are toxic to smell. It was difficult to sleep as it was extremely noisy between neighbors moving furniture better noise ! The bed was not so comfortable , For 250.00 to just barely rest I would not return here. Also it was as difficult to find and we were not given our access into before we arrived. Thank you!”
