“This basement studio apartment is very clean and presented as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to locate. Host provided thoughtful touches such as bottled water and snacks, which is always nice to have after a day of travel. “perfect for one or two days”

“Clean Rooms. Everything was as pictured. Host allowed us to check in an hour early as well. Only one spot for driveway however there was plenty of street parking around the house and there were no issues.”

“Smooth check in, even let us check in early when we got to town earlier than expected. Had a problem with the key code to unlock the door and the situation was handled and taken care of quickly & efficiently.”

“This was such a cute place to stay! It was perfect for my family and me. We drove some and used Uber when needed, which made getting around easy. Washington, D.C. is such a beautiful city with so many things to see and do. We hope to come back again someday. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts. We truly enjoyed our stay and wish you all the best!”

“Parking was at a premium. If renting a car, good luck finding a place to park it. The property had an "old" smell upon entering. There was no empty storage for our things for a multi-day stay. We were also bitten many times by some insect, most likely in bed.”
