RIVER ACCESS: The riverbank is gently sloped, and water levels may vary depending on recent weather. Guests should exercise caution, especially with children or during higher water flow.
TRAIN TRACK: A train track runs in front of the house. Trains pass occasionally since this is still a mining state. Most guests find it adds charm without being a disturbance.
BASEMENT ACCESS: The basement is not part of the guest space and will remain off-limits during your stay, as it is used for owner storage.
