“The front staff were excellent. We did not like having frozen orange juice for breakfast as the juice machine was not working and the next morning no juice. We also did not like being in the shower for 3 minutes and having the shower go cold. The water pressure was very weak. When I called the front desk I was told that it happens on the 4th floor and to wait a couple minutes and try again. It never did get hot in a couple minutes.
We also did not like having our room cleaned every other...

“Property and room were exceptionally clean. Neighborhood is in a little bit of a sketchy area so there is a parking garage. However, staff never informed me how to park inside a parking garage so that was difficult and they were not clearly communicating. Other than that, a great stay.”

“The room itself was clean however it smelled like smoke for being a non smoking room. The toilet was clogged but would go down really slowly. The property did not seem safe, with a lot people loitering around the premisis all hours of the day and night. The parking lot was utilized as over night parking for people living out of their cars.
