“The location as it related to my trip couldn’t have been any better. The apartment was super-clean and spacious. I admire the detail on the stairway leading up to the apartment (it’s the little things👍). I will most definitely stay here again when I’m in town. Aaaaaaand that was one, humongous TV screen! “Rented this unit for a nearby family gathering. The listing was completely accurate. The view from the little deck is beautiful. It's just a 2-3 minute walk from a couple of restaurants and bars, and the path along the river is right across the street. Everything in the apartment is modern and clean. Carol was a great host and very attentive to our questions.”

“This place is Fantastic, and Flora is Such a Great host!! Perfect location in Avon, super spacious, and clean, and has everything you need! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. This will now be our Go-to rental, each time we're back in CT to visit family. It is such a Cozy unit! The only suggestion I would caution, is that the stairs to enter/exit unit, are steep and a tight squeeze for anyone with mobility constraints.”

“Very nice house. Right across the street from the beach. Very easy access. Boat ramp is very close by. Plenty of space in the driveway for our pickup truck and boat trailer. Great place to stay if you are looking to spend some time on the lake.”

“My husband and I stayed here during Lime Rock Parks Memorial Day weekend. It was perfect. Lovely location, great communication and easy check in. Bedding and towels were clean and soft. Kitchen had all you needed for basic meals. Nice Keurig coffee maker and pods:) Folks were friendly and we loved Avery the pooch. Did I mention the wild turkey’s? We recommend Dugway!”

“We were happy to have a clean and comfortable place to stay while in Torrington visiting family. The hotels in town are nasty so this was a great alternative. There is a park across the street and an Office warehouse on the street behind, so it’s quiet at night which was a plus. Inside is definitely as advertised, cozy but not cramped, the furniture and decor is well appointed. We will definitely stay again.”
