“We had a very disappointing experience during our recent stay. The room was extremely dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. There was visible garbage under the beds, which raised immediate concerns about cleanliness. Even more concerning, the following day we observed cockroaches coming out of the electrical outlets in the bathroom. Due to these conditions, we checked out a day early. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of the issue, offer to resolve it, or reimbursement provided when...
