“Exceeded our expectations. We were in a remodeled cottage. Bigger than I thought it would be. With one queen bed and full kitchen and pull out sofa and nice big bathroom.. So cute and clean with an outdoor little patio area with privacy fencing. Pull right up to your front door. Ice and snacks in the office for cheap. Cute clean pool. Not crowded Fishing pier with covered shady areas. So nice! Nice owners!”

“The street was quiet and our casita on the property was very private and very well kept. It was a mini oasis that you’d never know was there!We had a short and sweet conversation with Heather and knew she didn’t want to be in our way.. which of course she wasn’t!The amenities were all she described they’d be and we plan on coming back as long as our son lives just three blocks away! Thank you for your hospitality! I wish we could have stayed longer! ”

“Big Bucs fan, so renting this location was a no brainer. We were able to walk to Raymond James Stadium for the game. Absolutely clean, beautiful home. Dee was a good host. The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again.”

“Very nice apartment hotel by the water. We was just there for one night so we didn´t use the kitchen that much but for a longer stay I would say it would be very efficient for cooking.
