“Great location, close to shopping and food, and easy to find. A cute little place to rest.I’m not sure if it’s a new development, I didn’t see this in the previous reviews, but feel it’s important to mention, there is a rooster near by that starts crowing at 3am and didn’t stop (we left for our event at 8am). So just be mindful of that if you are a light sleeper! Also, if you have a low car, the driveway has a lip, so be careful. :)”

“This was the perfect stay for my daughter and I. We were close to USF for a campus tour and not super far from Busch Gardens. The beaches were a bit further, but that was not the purpose of our trip. The only thing that wasn't clear to me is that the place is attached to the owner's residence. It's private, and you don't cross paths much, but they are right there. We didn't mind, but others might. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“The room were super clean. The bed was so comfortable and the were plenty of pillows for us to use. The AC were usable and easy to use as there's a remote for it. Do be aware that it is set in Celsius (not that I'm complaining. It was helpful to me). Bathroom was super clean. There were some reviews about it being musty or something but they were clean for uses. The kitchenette was cute and small. “Lovely, perfect studio in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood of Tampa. The studio, which is essentially a roomy converted garage with a patio, had everything we need for a comfortable week-long stay. The host was responsive and helpful, and checking in was a breeze. We would stay here any time! ”
