“A wonderful house, garden, patio and pool. Well equiped house perfect for your own cooking. A small sleepy villige, mostly Italians speaking just Italian, quite few resturants made our choise to stay mostly att the house easy. A foodshop quite near the house gave us what we needed. “Das Haus ist schön. Alle beschriebenen Räume sind im EG. Im OG wohnt der Vermieter mit seiner Familie. Das war für uns eine Überraschung, da es nirgendwo kommuniziert wurde. Und auch auf Anfrage wurde es uns nicht mitgeteilt. Aber Domenico ist sehr sehr nett, großzügig und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns immer wieder frisches Gebäck gebracht und er hat für uns gekocht! Auch bei unserem Reifenproblem war er uns sehr behilflich. Die Lage ist super! In 20 Minuten ist man in Monaco, san Remo oder Nizza....

“Ein wunderschönes Fleckchen am Hang über Imperia. Die Aussicht ist so schön, das man nur da sitzen will und genießen. Es hat alles toll geblüht,gelbe Margarithen,Jasmin hat geduftet. “Bra planerad lägenhet (inte hus som det står i beskrivningen) med härlig pool. Lagom för en familj på fyra personer (åtta hade blivit alldeles för mycket). Lagom promenad till byn samt till havet/stranden. Ett stort plus var cyklarna. Härliga cykelvägar längst havet! Rekommenderas! Lite rörigt hur soporna skulle sorteras. “Leider hatten wir das Inserat nicht genau genug gelesen bzw. etwas missverstanden. Wir haben aufgrund unserer Such "Rosella" angezeigt bekommen und gebucht. “Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Objekt sehr kommod untergebracht. Der Verwalter hat sich während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr zurückgehalten, war aber auf Nachfrage sofort für uns da - grosses Lob an Sergio!! Die Zufahrt ist für SUVs etwas gewagt, wir hatten einen GLE und die Gasse war damit seitlich recht ausgereizt… Definitiv nix für Angsthasen!!! “The house is fantastic, better then the pictures, everything you needed for the stay is avaliable. The house is very private and remote so you need to take the car for shopping grocery and visit restaurants. We wasn’t prepared for the narrow and steep road up. Over all we are so pleased with our stay, four adults and five children (5-9 yo). The host Ria is very heplful and kind. We really recomended this house.”

“This Villa is fantastic. Plenty of space and very good standard in all aspects. We spent almost two weeks here, most of the time around the beautiful infinity pool, always with incredible view over the French and Italian riviera. The location is on the top of a mountain, almost 300 meters above the sea. No traffic as it’ s at the end of the small and steep road. “Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Marjoleins Haus. Das Anwesen ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Anfahrt ist beim ersten Mal ein bisschen tricky, aufgrund des engeren Zufahrtsweges, aber dann auch kein Problem mehr. Der Star des Hauses ist die Aussicht, die schlichtweg Atemberaubend ist. “Alles in allem, gut!! Wir sind zufrieden. Alles wie beschrieben. Man muss wirkliche beachten, dass die Zufahrt zum Haus nicht gegeben ist. Man muss hinlaufen. (Taschen, Einkäufe und den Müll durch den Ort tragen). War für uns nicht schlimm. Dafür wohnt man im Altstadt Kern des Dorfes. “Our stay in Imperia was nothing but perfect. The House has the most beautiful view on the sea and all the stuff that you need to feel at home. The communication with the agency was fast and easy and Claudio also gave us some recommendations on beaches and restaurants. I would 100% come back to that house and this cute little city! “Het verblijf opzich was oké, het huis is mooi maar niet helemaal goed schoongemaakt. Bij aankomst lag er tussen het gasfornuis en de kast nog eten wat er tussen was gevallen van eventuele vorige gasten. De kamers zijn prima, alleen wisten ze dat wij met 7 personen waren en dus de slaapbank nodig hadden. Deze was niet klaar gemaakt, dat is natuurlijk ook geen probleem maar we moesten eerst zelf nog even uitvinden waar we de 7e persoon gingen laten omdat we bij het inchecken geholpen werden door...

“Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à 7 personnes. A notre arrivée en avance nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le propriétaire. La maison est magnifique et aménagée avec goût, entièrement équipée (climatisation et tv partout, vaisselle en suffisance, 2 cuisines, lave-vaisselle, 1 barbecue la classe), superbe piscine illuminée le soir et une vue splendide sur la plaine. “Beautiful well furnished apartment with a great view of the sea. Very nice pool. The landlords live directly above the apartment and can be contacted for any questions and are very kind. A lot of attention to details has been paid throughout the entire facility. Accordingly, the landlords also attach great importance to compliance with the rules for waste separation and pool use. We really enjoyed the holiday with our children.”
