“We love staying at HDM. The included breakfasts are amazing. The access to town and the beach clubs is a must! The only minor complaint is that the concierge service was difficult to communicate with via their website chat. The owners of the property could invest in new towels and perhaps robes for the guests. You could tell this property is just a rental.”

“We loved this condo and the complex and area in Bucerias! The property manager Sally was fantastic and met us when we arrived and gave us a tour and specifics of what we needed to know for our stay. The condo was as advertised and perfect for my friend and I as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was equipped with the majority of the basics you needed for the kitchen, pool or beach. Great view from the balcony, but one thing that would make it better would be more comfortable...

“Terrific condo in the best part of town. Close to everything and condo is very well stocked with everything you need and more. Building is quiet and pool area was perfect for our family of four. Only two small things that did not really affect the trip for us, but could be important for others: 1) the two en-suite bathrooms do not have a door that separates them from the bedrooms. Could be awkward; and 2) the restaurant a few buildings down plays loud music with big bass from about 12 noon daily...

“The property was perfect for our family getaway to Punta Mita. The unit comfortably slept 8 people with on suite bathrooms with every room. The two master suites were enormous and luxurious, and the kitchen and dining area were perfect for entertaining. Location can’t be beat. Short walk into town through a private gate for those in the mood to walk, while the 6-person golf cart provided with the property allowed for all the beach clubs to be easily reached.
