“The beach was the most unique and beautiful part of the stay. We had our own private beach it seemed. Not crowded. The staff was so amazing. Soledad at the buffet went above and beyond. Miguel and Alejandro at the swim up bar were so attentive and the drinks were made to order. I’ll be back just as long as the people running it and the beach remain the same. “Unfortunately our rental car was stolen from the parking garage of the hotel while the valet parking had the key in their station. This matter is still under investigation by hotel, police and car rental company but we really hope that hotel assumes responsibility for this and increase security and processes in their parking and valet services.
