“Unfortunately our rental car was stolen from the parking garage of the hotel while the valet parking had the key in their station. This matter is still under investigation by hotel, police and car rental company but we really hope that hotel assumes responsibility for this and increase security and processes in their parking and valet services. Of course this ruined our stay there, otherwise good.”

“A well managed property with mid level ammenities which provide good and adequate services ( food, beverages, etc..) Due to the low season and subsequent lower occupancy; restaurants were rotated daily on and off, it was somewhat puzzling to determine which was going to be opened or closed in the evening. All in all a great place”

“Great location, right on the beach. Restaurant food variety is good, prices are reasonable. A Modelo Especial MN60, fish dish MN230. The beach is pebbles and round river rock - see photo. Bring water shoes. The “sea view” rooms are on the 3rd floor. While there are sea views, the kitchen exhaust keeps pushing the smell of burned grease - so the provided tables and chairs are only usable from 9pm to 7am, when the kitchen is off.
