“Overall the property was very nice. It was great for a group with adults and teenage kids as there were two masters on the first floor and a hang out space downstairs for the kids. The location and dock for a boat as well as trampoline and second floor dock for jumping were enjoyed by all. Our only issues had to do with the cleanliness not being the best and the lack of some basics like more than one trash bag. “We had a great time at LakeLubbers!! Plenty of room for our party of 8, with fully stocked kitchen, and grill on the patio. The location is very convenient to Bridgewater Marina and shopping / restaurants, the dock was convenient for parking our boat, and the upper dock was a hit with the kiddos!!”

“What a house and perfectly situated on a mild incline to the water. I love staying at the lake, but I hate walking up and down several flights of steps. There were only about 5 or 6 steps to navigate outside of the house. Only thing that wasn’t ideal was the 3 bedrooms upstairs had to share a bathroom with a hallway entrance and bedroom entrance. We solved that problem by locking the hallway door and telling the teenage boys they had had use the downstairs bath. The kitchen is beautiful...
