“Up the hill from the amazing Ibagari restaurant is a quaint, welcoming and comfortable group of casitas. Its location is right between West Bay and West End-we walked to both but water taxi’s are always accessible. I would recommend the round trip deal that Guy offers with a stop at Eldon’s for groceries. BBQs available and a fully functional kitchen at fingertips. “Our first time staying a week in Roatán, we visited 3 times before from a cruise and loved the island. This condo was wonderful and we got the two bedroom since we brought our girls but wanted some of our own privacy. There are only a few other units so condo is quiet and we enjoyed the pool. “The building was a 3 story wooden structure. We stayed on the 3rd floor, unit #6. 1. There were no working smoke detectors. 2. No fire extinguishers. 3. No sprinkler system. 4. Only one exit from the 3rd floor, a set of stairs at the opposite end of the building. If a fire was in that area- you had no way out. The unit had everything for a comfortable stay.”

“The owners and staff are wonderful people. Warm, friendly, super accommodating, helpful. Small boutique feel to hotel. Guests are friendly. Access to diving super convenient. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is that there’s no closet or drawers to put stuff away, and the bathroom faucets are corroded and some of the hooks were missing, shelf wasn’t attached well enough to hold any products.
