“Mycket vänlig personal, bra pool, bra rum förutom att dörren är mycket otät, lyser in och ljud.”

“No elevators and our room was at the top (lol), stair corridor is so thin :-), i do feel sorry for the staff that carries the luggages. We booked for a week and still have to remind staff that we need to refill mineral water, coffee and other must have in our room. Everything cost, example if you order food outside the hotel you have to pay for a fee because they want you to order in the hotel restaurant. But they dont have the things i want. Looks of the hotel really is decieving.”

“The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made for a really pleasant stay. Breakfast was easily the highlight, with top notch traditional Filipino dishes that felt fresh, flavorful, and worth waking up for. The room and common areas were well kept, and everything felt comfortable throughout the stay. The only downside was the WiFi, which was pretty unreliable at times. Overall, a great stay with excellent food and comfort, but the internet could definitely use improvement.”

“It is a hotel that gives you the services, welcome you want. The only thing i can say is that they still have some construction goin on , so expect noises :-), reasonable hrs. Stayed there for 6 nights and everyday the staff lets you feel the welcome. Will surely book there when we pass by again.”

“Staff great. I found 57 things in 2 days as a business expert that I would fix. We didnt like the fact no screens in bathroom vent and we watched flying things come in there during shower especially bees! ALOT fixes FROZEN cheese on nachos wasnt good either they microwaved 2 times after asking and finally was warm ONLY.. FELL on wet slick tile multi million dollar lawsuit in America. Owner ignored me i asked to speak with never did in 2 days. ”

“Just need a place to stay so we booked this place. The towels are old and dirty white color, like it was used to clean the floor and torn as well. I have to ask for another towels but still dirty white color and old look. They need new set of towels and linens for the property. We bought new towels as we can’t use the one they provided. Also the room has no window and felt like a prison. How do you get out in case of fire? The staff are courteous and helpful. ”

“Property facilities and hotel staff made me and my pug dog very comfortable. Its being a pet friendly hotel is a great help for me and my pug during our stay in the city. I will surely stay in this hotel again in the future.”

“徒歩4〜5分に大型ショッピングモールがあります便利です。ホテルの周囲は治安が悪いとは感じませんでした。ホテル入り口周辺にはコンビニはありません。私の部屋には冷蔵庫はありませんでした。セキュリティーボックスもありません。アメニティはシャンプーと石鹸だけ。ドライヤーもありません。部屋の入り口の鍵がグラグラでした。フロントの方の対応は良かったです全体的には良かったと思います。”

“Arrived in my room and there was no toilet paper, shower gel , and the towels were stained. I called to get toilet paper 2 times and waited 45 min and no one came. I went to the front desk and asked for the manager and told him about the situation . I waited 45 more minutes and no toilet paper or shower gel. Called the third time and the toilet paper arrived and no shower gel. Very poor or really no management at this hotel.”

“Det var ett trevligt rum trots att det fanns en del små, små myror. Såg i alla fall inte till några kackerlackor. Så städningen (som görs efter tillsägelse) fungerade bra. Trevlig personal överlag. Poolen var inte mycket att hurra för, och jag misstänker att jag fått en del utslag därifrån. Frukosten är väldigt spartansk efter svenska mått. Filippinsk frukost med ris, biff, ägg och kaffe/iste. Eller detsamma fast med fläsk istället för biff. Det var så det dammade i munnen.”
