“The location was fantastic, directly on the Playa Migjorn stretching kilometers east and west from the hotel.
Considering that we went for the all-inclusive package, everything wasn't really included. A lot of things cost extra including internet access, ice cream, etc.
The rooms are very small and not sound proof in any way. We were lucky that the adjacent rooms were vacant most nights during our stay.
The hotel is very family oriented which we as a couple w/o kids weren't expecting.”

“Träningsresa med vänner, allt tiptop utom gymmets utrustning och renlighet! Hotellet hade egna träningspass som ingick, men tyvärr fanns infon endast i deras egen app (under rubriken ”all ages” så nästan inga gäster hittade dit. Synd! “Väldigt trevligt hotell och personal. Dock tycker jag det borde vara en åldersgräns från 16-18 år och att barn får vistas på systerhotellet. Lite för hög volym vid poolen och livespelningarna hade kunnat ersättas med vanlig musik. Maten var jättebra och vi är supernöjda med hela vistelsen.”
“The service at the front desk was very bad. There’s no ice machine in the hotel. If you were lucky you could get some ice from the bar. The cleaning lady was amazing. So nice and kind and always made sure our room was nicely organized. The breakfast buffet was very nice. ”

Almost all staff were friendly and service minded. The pool area was great with a lot of sunbeds, we would've liked some louder music thought (during daytime) to get the Ibiza vibe.

"I would say that this is a good hotel but what brought it down for me was the food. The Mexican restaurant was outstanding but otherwise most of the food felt a bit bland. The buffet had limited variety of protein and a lot of different carbs which made it difficult to make a decent meal out of it. In 2025 they changed so guests didn’t have access to the adjoining resort which really limited the experience. We also felt that the cleanliness could be improved – specifically with dirty glasses that was just left in the room and not taken away. "
"The room was dirty! We asked them to clean it but it didn’t work! The fridge was dirty and wasn’t working! There was water leakage in the bathroom and although they came 3 times to fix it came back everyday!
The safety box in the room was not working either!
The plates and glasses in the restaurant and buffé were extremely dirty! I would neveeeer go back!

Even though the hotel was really good there were some negative things we would like to share. First, smokers were everywhere: by the pool, by the snack bar and on the balconies. We find this really disturbing and would really recommend the hotel to take action against this, maybe a smoking zone somewhere and the rest smoke free. Secondary, there was a construction site next to the hotel which was really annoying and loud (8am-8pm). We would've appreciated some information from the hotel about this prior to our stay, since it affected our stay in a negative stay.
Regardless of this we look forward to returning to your hotel, hopefully next year."
"Beautiful hotel next to the beach. Easy to walk everywhere, good location. Smaller pool and a nice poolbar on the roof, great sun beds.
The room was of good size even for 3p and the beds and pillows were really comfy.
Great breakfast and the service was excellent.

För att få full poäng saknas en rooftop bar och/eller pool för maximerad upplevelse för den lilla tid man spenderar på hotellet. "
