“We spent a week in the house and can only give our best recommendations for anyone that wants a peaceful and quiet area. It’s close to Aqcui Terme (15-20 min with car), a little narrow and curved road up to Roccaverano with some good restaurants, 1 hour++ to cities like Asti, Alba, and Barolo (a must go if you are into wine). The house has a great outside area and a great pool. Volleyball in the pool was a success for both the teenagers and the adults. The house was clean and had all we needed...

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub mit unseren 2 Töchtern und deren Freunden nebst Familienhund. Das Haus ist groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten nebst Fluss zur Abkühlung erfreute uns und unseren Hund in schöner Natur. Die Lage ist günstig für viele schöne Ausflüge ans Meer und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Liguriens.”

“Underbart hus för avkopplande semester. Många trevliga besöksmål i närheten och väl ekiperat hus för fritidsaktiviteter. Vi tog tillfället i akt att ha en middag i huset, tillagat av Cinzia Taccone, kock, som gjorde en utsökt middag med råvaror från morföräldrarnas gård. Kunde inte bli en bättre avslutning på vår vecka!! Ett härligt möte med Italien utanför de vanliga turistorterna!!”

“Huset lovar nästan mer än bilderna och den hade allt med härlig inredning och stil och en perfekt pool och underbar utsikt och gott med platser både ute och inne. Birgit är en fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam uthyrare vilket gjorde allt super smidigt. Rekommenderar även förbokade vingårdsbesök på La Barbatella och La Serra Ventorinovini som ligger nära huset. “Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Villa. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einzigartig, wunderschön gelegen. Wir waren im Juni 2025 mit insgesamt 12 Personen (3 Familien mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern) zu Gast und wurden sehr herzlich von Monica empfangen. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und die ganze Anlage rund um das Haus bietet viel Platz zum Entdecken und spielen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat richtig Spaß gemacht auf dem Gasherd zu kochen bzw. auch im Poolhaus zu grillen....

We were in need of a babysitter and he went above and beyond to help us secure one for a lovely night out at a local restaurant. The photos are true, but in reality everything is a bit less shiny.The furniture and appliances are outdated. The bed my wife and I slept in felt very fragile and was really squeaky.
