Charming, spacious home with an updated interior. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms! Very clean! Convenient location to Airport, RIT and U of R.One thing to note, the stairs may be hard to navigate if you are traveling with any one with mobility issues.

We stayed at the cottage while we moved my son in to his dorm at University of Rochester. The cottage was spacious and charming. The host included thoughtful touches like some tea and sugar in the kitchen and hand lotion in the bathrooms. We had coffee on the back porch in the morning and watched bunnies eat the clover. The location is perfect. Close to the campus and food option. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great. Location to RIT great. Very clean and well stocked. Host was prompt in her responses. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and house was listed as 1 queen, and 2 doubles but it read a queen, double and 2 twins. It worked for us though.
