“Went up to visit my daughter who attends RIT with my husband and my son. It was close to RIT and the unit is new and has A/C. Fully equipped kitchen (although we did not use it much). I would definitely stay again in the future.”

“First off there is no AC int his place so beware of staying there in the summer like we did. The individual AC units they had did not work. They did not have many fans either. There was a musty smell in the house it was mold. The basement was filled with it. I am allergic to mold and know the smell vey well. I floors were very dirty not mopped. When we walked through the house in our bare feet everyone's feet were black, like we walked outside in the dirt. The downstairs toilet stopped working...

“We needed a place to stay when we were meeting our son in Rochester (Brighton). He and his wife were attending a conference and we were going to babysit the kids (ages 6 and 3).This house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Three bedrooms upstairs for them and one downstairs for us. I would say the only negative was that the downstairs only had a half bath, so we had to go upstairs to shower. Might be something to consider if anyone in your party is unable to navigate stairs.Garage...
