Perfectly updated with all amenities, newer bath and main floor laundry and a garage The home has 2 large bedrooms with king size beds, and 2 baths on the main level. The 3rd bedroom is the entire second floor of this 1.5 story home. This bedroom has a twin bed and it’s own air conditioner. This space has a lower ceiling height around 6 feet and works great for a 3rd bedroom

Perfect spot for Mayo Clinic visit

We just got back after nearly two weeks of testing my brother had at Mayo Clinic.So easy to get to Clinic and St Mary’s and neighborhood is nice and quiet.Comfortable king beds in both bedrooms and well stocked with kitchen utensils and towels.I really appreciated the washer and dryer, so we didn’t have to pack as many clothes.Also, the garage was a bonus-hate leaving my car outside!It was a great place to land after exhausting days at the clinic.

Walkable to Mayo

Property was clean. New shower heads are needed in both bathrooms. The water pressure and lack of dispersement is more like a pressure washer. Protect sensitive parts upon entering!

Good

The house was fine- cute/cozy with plenty of space and had all the right kitchen items to cook our meals. Plenty of towels, trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. Had no communication from the host- the check in details were automated. While it was fine, just strange they didn't reach out to make sure things were going well (stayed at plenty of vrbos and have always had communication with a host). The side door needs a deadbolt- it's by code only and if anyone has that code- they can get in, so I didn't like that. The showers could have been cleaned better. It was requested that we pull all the sheets off the bed for the cleaner- and the mattress pads have stains, so that was gross to see- host needs to replace those. Neighborhood noise at night was terrible- but not at the fault of the host.

Clean, quiet space

This is a nicely appointed two bedroom, two bathroom house. We really liked the fact that there was a shower tub combination in one bathroom and a shower in the other bathroom along with a washer and dryer. Everything was neat and organized and the house stayed cool the entire time we were there. The beds are extremely comfortable, but you might want to bring your own pillow. Dishes and cookware were in the kitchen along with a few other Staples to bake items with. A really nice perk is having a garage in which to park. Communication with host was excellent and would recommend this place. Will definitely check it out if we have to return to Rochester.

Medical Stay

We stayed here after a procedure at Mayo clinic. The house was in a great location 5 minutes from the hospital and offices. The beds were very comfortable. TV's are large with one in each room. Couches were good. Wifi was good. The only problem was that the narrow halls, narrow bathrooms and uneven floors were not great for someone using a walker to get around. The garage was nice to be available if we needed it , although we did not use it. Very happy with the house. Thanks.

Great location for Mayo visits but the dog hair!

My husband and I stayed for 4 days for his surgery at Mayo. The house is in a great location, about 5 minutes away from the hospital, and it was an easy, quick drive. It was nice having a one-car garage in the winter as well. Having two bathrooms was also nice so we weren't fighting for space. We didn't use the 2nd bedroom but it would've been plenty of room if we would have brought the kids too as it looked like a queen or king bed. The second bathroom shower/tub combo wasn't great though as the shower nozzle isn't adjustable, and it was spraying so hard that taking a shower wouldn't have been the best experience. The one major complaint we had though was white dog hair everywhere. I'm not sure if it was the previous tenants who had one, or the owner's have one that is in the house at times, but it's everywhere. I'm kind of leaning towards the latter as we found a basket of lint rollers, which was great as we had to use them, but it was just a little unexpected to have to deal with that. Overall though, for the location, price, and duration of stay, it worked very well for our circumstances.

Super clean and well equipped

It was just two of us, and we only used one bedroom, very nice. But the other bedroom was very nice as well. I wouldn’t stay upstairs or ask a friend to stay upstairs… It’s just not finished well enough yet. The kitchen and living area were very clean, not overly decorated, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and well equipped. The shower is a little small in the master but all in all, it was a great stay, and we would love to stay in this house again. A plus, it is very close to Mayo.

home near Mayo Clinic

The house was in a great location that is walkable to the Mayo Clinic. Kitchen was adequately stocked with what we needed to cook our meals. Two bedrooms, one with attached bathroom, were clean and each has a large screen tv. Third bed is in alone in an attic that was really not usable as is. Living room has another large screen tv. The major issue we had was the windows in the main bedroom are painted shut so couldn't get any air and the windows in the living room have broken locks so couldn't lock. Those windows are on first level so anyone could climb into the home at any time. Reached out to manager and took 3 days for a response. By that time, we had gone to Home Depot to buy supplies to jam them closed for our own safety. Once this home has all the windows replaced, would rate much higher.

Rochester visit.

My husband had several appointments at Mayo Clinics. This was located for easy access to the clinic. Nice neighborhood. House very clean. For our purpose for being in Rochester it was very nice restful place.

Nice place close to Mayo

Terrific location being a short walk to Mayo and Downtown. The two downstairs bedrooms (with king bed in each) and bathrooms are very nice as advertised. The third bedroom is actually the loft (attic), which doesn't get the same airflow and was not air conditioned.

Overall a great place. Bathrooms are way better than what is pictured. The upstairs room is weird because it has a super low ceiling/ feels a little scary and does not have air conditioning so we didn't use it and ended up getting an air mattress in the living room. The king sized beds and bedrooms are great.
