Crossing the road by foot from the white town side to the hotel side of the road like any Indian city is not for the faint of heart. Breakfast was standard fare for South India. This is a great location for a walkable distance to the French quarter as well as a number of restaurants. The breakfast is simple but good. Ceiling fan and air conditioner keep the room cold. “The hotel room was very spacious, clean and we had even a fridge with a Minibar. Waterboiler was there and coffee powder/tea. AC was in the room and a fan. There was also a big separate room with a wardrobe. The bathroom was western standard. The hotel seemed relatively new, also the remarkable elevator, which brought us silently to the 4th floor.
