“We LOVED staying at this property while we were in town to see grandkids play soccer. Quiet neighborhood - felt safe and enjoyed hearing the birds in woods nearby. House is decorated with modern and costal themes - so cute. Couch is so comfy and great for stretching out on. The bed had nice linens, extra pillows. Tower fan available - great for those that prefer white noise when sleeping - like us. New room darkening curtains in living room and bedrooms. Washer and dryer so convenient for those...

“Wonderful place!Came to Rockford for my grand neices x2 1st BD party. House had all comforts, great massage chair too. Host, Michelle, had variety snacks on table wirh I arrived, nice personal note too. Coffee available which was greatly appreciated. Nice little touches like these means alot. Labor day weekend brought out all the boaters which was fun to watch while sitting in the Adirondack chairs.This will def be my Rockford home away from home.Thanks Michelle!”

“The whole experience was sensational! The house is very clean, accommodations better than good, check in easy and great communication. Not one surprise and even better than the descriptions. Extras touches and amenities everywhere in the house! Porch, kitchen, baths, living room and TV, bedrooms and even real healthy house plants! The location for Monroe and downtown absolutely the best. Check in and out simple, easy and appreciated! ”

“The bathroom downstairs toilet leaked, the floor was wet the entire time. The ceiling downstairs was leaking, we had to have towels down almost the entire time. The house was NOT CLEANED. I had to spend two hours cleaning it after arriving. There was a dead rat in the kitchen sink drain. We had to sleep with the rancid smell the first night. Owners sent a maintenance man who got half of the rat out of the sink and left. My husband had to open the sink and drain and get the other half. ...

“Nestled back away from everything, this house is a perfect place to be one with nature. The wrap around deck was a great place to hang out and enjoy morning coffee, and the fire pit is a relaxing spot to unwind. The needs were extremely comfortable; something you rarely get at a VRBO. All in all, I would stay here again.”
