Clean and quiet

Great little place for my work trip. Clean, organized, quiet. I didn't spend much time there as my work trip was busy but the place worked out great and I would stay again.

This was perfect for our stay! Clean, comfortable and in an awesome location!! We were in town for Winthrop orientation (literally 5 min away) and Cherry Road has EVERYTHING you might need on your stay. Carowinds is only 20 mins away and the Rock Hill Diner is definitely a must. We plan to rebook as often as we can when coming to visit!!

Very Organized

This property was my first experience using this app, and the property manager was nothing but incredibly helpful in providing me and my friends with a straightforward, enjoyable experience. They were very available for any questions I may have had, and the property itself was very well maintained.

Rock Hill Condo

The property was perfect for two people. Other than needing a few more hangers and more than one hand towel per bathroom - it worked out great. Good communication with the owner.

The condo was clean. It had everything we needed. It's located and a bad neighborhood and the smell of marijuana from the neighbor was EXTREMELY overwhelming. We will not stay again because of the location and smell. We could tell the owner did everything possible to cover the smell with air purifiers and air freshers throughout condo. It did not help.

The inside was clean and beds were decently comfortable. The building was super run down and when we first arrived at night, I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to get out of the car. Wasn’t in a great location. Neighbor next door also smokes weed most of the day and you can smell it in the apartment. The dishwasher was also super gross and had a horrible smell to it. We didn’t want to open it up to out dishes in it, it was so bad. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend but we were in town for a tournament and it was nice having more space than one hotel room

Clean place

Inside of renovated condo was nice and clean. Beds super comfy and hosts very responsive and helpful. However, not best neighborhood. If pictures of complex would have been included, probably would have chosen different property. TV situation is all your own apps and we wish it would have been communicated more clearly prior to booking.

Rockhill apartment review

The property was clean and nice, however the doors over the laundry and hvac area had been removed and were under the bed. It was very noisy every time the hvac unit ran.

This is not a house. It is an apartment.

This property is an older apartment complex that is not well taken care of on the outside. We didnt feel safe especially walking to the unit at night. On a good note the inside of the apartment was very nice and looked newly renovated.

4/10 Dåligt

The apartment itself was clean, but unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout our entire stay, which made it quite unpleasant. The neighboring unit left trash outside their door the entire time, and one night when we returned, the neighbor and his friends were outside smoking weed and quickly scattered when they saw us, which felt unsettling. The exterior of the property was also poorly maintained, with beer bottles, cans, and trash scattered around, giving it an unkempt and uncomfortable feel.Although the inside initially appeared clean, we did see four roaches during our stay, which was extremely concerning and unacceptable. My son recently moved to Rock Hill, and we were hoping to find a place we could return to when visiting. Unfortunately, this will not be one of them.

Great condo in Charlotte suburbs

My husband and I stayed at this property while we were in town for a wedding. The check-in process was very smooth and the condo looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was very comfortable and there were a lot of food options nearby. We really appreciated the guest book the host left with recommendations for food and nearby attractions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

Beautiful Area

We rented to attend a wedding in nearby Edgemoore. We arrived later at night and access to the property was simple and easy. We lost power at one point but the communication between host and renters was fast and very helpful. There is stuff to do around but we traveled little farther for more choices
