“We loved the quick beach access and convenience of having a fenced yard for small children to safely play. The good: proximity to beach and town, individual apartments for families, bunk beds in a few apartments, a place to gather in one apartment, two picnic tables outside. The not-so-good: plumbing issues, damaged furniture, WiFi doesn't extend to all units, we ran out of toilet paper! “The house has some wear and tear that could be addressed mostly in the bathroom. But it’s a great little place for a short stay with the family. My 15yr old slept in the sunroom and really enjoyed the view waking up. I would definitely stay here for a day or 2 in the future. ”

“Nice place to stay when you are in the Rockaway Beach Area, walking distance to the beach and local stores. Local people in the area are very helpful when you ask them where in the best place to go visit. we walk around in the late night and we feel safe walking around. Dolphin unit 1, 2 and 3 where We stayed and each unit has its own kitchen and bath room and can sleep 22 as per advertised. Customer service are very helpful when you ask and needed something. will definitely rent this place...

“We had a wonderful time here. It’s truly a tiny cabin in the woods. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked, appliances worked well, and Internet is available. If you’re going to stay a while, they have a washer & dryer. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. And, this is my new favorite beach on the Oregon coast. It’s a huge beach with few people. It was one of the better properties we’ve stayed at and a very relaxing time.”

Pros , Right across the street from all the little stores and food market, a few houses from the ocean maybe a 3 minute walk. The beach and town wasn’t crowded at all and we went on memorial weekend to. The house worked good, not fancy but everything worked. It has a fenced in shared yard but my kids loved it and everyone was very nice. Couldn’t hear the neighbors even though they are very close. The train is right out...

“We love this cozy beach cabin! It’s a 5 minute walk to a beautiful, quiet sandy beach. The cabin is comfortable and equipped with just about anything you need. Our daughter and son-in-law live in Portland (90 minute drive) and visited on the weekends. The home has a large assortment of games, which we played every night, along with a BBQ. “Ite was a very cute little spot and super cozy. Very well described in the listing. The only down fall was the lack of wifi services. We were in contact with the host they were awesome and offered to come out, it just seemed unnecessary. But, if they can update the units to have their own modems. Things would be a A.
