“掃除が行き届いておらず、部屋にあるカップにコーヒーのシミがついていたり、ほこりが落ちていたり、清掃のスタッフが、タオルをお風呂場に運ぶのに、ゴミを捨てたゴミ箱の中に入れて運んでいたり… せっかく、ロビーの人は親切で、朝食なども良かったのに、掃除が行き届いていない事が残念でした。”

“Very clean and nice rooms. We never received the bottle of wine that was supposed to be offered as a VIP benefit, but there were fresh apples instead. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were lovely. The bathroom was fresh and nothing was missing, except for toilet paper refills. It’s unbelievable how all hotels tend to be stingy with this. The towels were very small, but we received new ones every day. The staff is fantastic and provides great service. Very nice bar!”
